Since 2015, B3 has partnered with a number of architectural firms to provide them with a ‘bolt-on’ service that can be offered to their clients.

This has been predominantly offered to the domestic market.

Through our work with building contractors, we feel that we’re very much aware of the right price that customers should be paying for work to their properties and as such, can offer a service whereby architects are able to work with us to value engineer a scheme to a client’s budget. This works particularly well as that small fee payable to us means that a customer is able to value engineer a scheme prior to it going to planning. This avoids re-submission of applications and delays should it become apparent that a client is unable to afford the work originally submitted to the local authority.
