We work with a number of developer/low volume house builders to provide initial and construction stage cost advice.
Typical work includes, but isn’t just limited to:
- High level budget costing – Through our contracting contacts and skillset, we feel that we can do this quickly and for a reasonable fee
- Package measures – for example quantifying brickwork to enable labour-only brickwork package orders to be placed
